Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about growing and caring for your Iris garden.
When is the best time to plant my Iris rhizomes?
For optimal growth, plant your Iris rhizomes in late summer to early fall (July through September) to allow roots to establish before the first frost.
How are shipping dates determined for my order?
We ship seasonally according to your specific climate zone. Orders typically ship between July and October to ensure your plants arrive at the ideal planting time for your region.
What is your guarantee on plant quality?
We guarantee that all rhizomes are healthy, true to name, and viable upon arrival. If your plants fail to grow during their first season, please contact us for a replacement or credit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our Iris rhizomes to customers within the United States and select international territories, provided they meet specific phytosanitary certification requirements.
How should I prepare the soil for planting?
Iris thrive in well-draining soil with a pH of 6.1 to 7.0. We recommend adding a low-nitrogen fertilizer and ensuring the planting site receives at least six hours of direct sunlight daily.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
You may modify or cancel your order up until the time it enters our shipping queue. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for any adjustments.
