Return Process

    Inspect Your Shipment

    Upon delivery, please immediately open your package and inspect your plants to ensure they arrived in healthy, firm condition.

    Contact Customer Support

    If you notice any issues, email our team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the items in question.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Our horticultural experts will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if a physical return is required for non-perishable garden goods.

  • 4.
    Resolution Delivery

    Once approved, we will ship out your replacement plants during the next appropriate planting window for your zone or issue a refund to your original payment method.
